Maple A - Pricing

You can customize the exterior and interior finishes and not require changes to the current building plan. These include the siding material, windows and door styles (not size) and flooring. Other changes may require the drawings to be updated to match the desired change. Contact us to discuss your modifications.

While the plans, elevations and details are completed, a detailed site plan is required for permit submission. When proceeding to checkout you will have the ability to provide a note. Please include a note with the project's location and whether you have a existing survey of the property and we can provide a quote for the site plan.

When you purchase one of our pricing sets and later on you decide to proceed to a construction set. Please contact us and provide the receipt number and we will credit the amount of your pricing set towards the purchase of the construction set.

Signed PDF set ready for permit submission, Signed Schedule 1 Designer Form**.

 

**Projects within Ontario require a Schedule 1 Designer Declaration to accompany the building permit applications. When proceeding to checkout you will have the ability to provide a note. Please include a note with the project's location or contact us by email or phone and we will be able to send you a Schedule 1 specific to your project at no additional fee.

 

Site plan NOT INCLUDED, we can provide a quote for the site plan.

HVAC design NOT INCLUDED, please contact your local building department to confirm requirements in your area.
